Service Advisory 4/20/2010
Update — All customer service is now restored.
Waveform Technology experienced a failure of a core router in Southfield. Some of the fail-over mechanisms did not work, requiring manual intervention. This resulted in an interruption to some customers in the Troy data center. Currently service has been restored for customers with equipment in the Michigan Data Center.
T1 customers, DS3 Customers, and customers with equipment in the Southfield data center, however, are still experiencing an interruption of service. We're working to fix this currently.
A side effect of these problems is our support ticketing system is currently not functioning. Please be aware that all tickets will que, and we will answer them as soon as the ticketing system is back online.
